BUY A MACHINE

1. Contact us to buy a machine

Start by contacting us by email or phone and indicate the machine or machines you are interested in. We tell you more about the machine and you are given the opportunity to ask all the questions you want. If you are interested. Here we store all machines as long as nothing else is stated because our stock will be updated every week.

2. Review of documentation

Then we go through all the documentation around the machine. We also review any warranties, services, etcetera.

3. Payment for your machine

As a penultimate step, payment is made by BANK TRANSFER. Full payment must be obtained before picking up the machine.

4. Picking up your new machine

Finally, it is time to pick up your machine and as a buyer, you are responsible for the transport.
We have a number of partners who can assist with transport at a cost or we can make an offer with transport included. In this case we are responsible for transport.

RESERVE A MACHINE

Without a downpayment we can’t reserve the machine.

The downpayment for reservation is : 20 % through BANK TRANSFER
We can reserve a machine up to 35 days. After grace period expired you should to pay the rest of amount.

“Don’t want anymore ” – The payment will be refunded in 5 work days in your bank account.

If you want to buy a machine from us, we need the following documents from you:

Copy of valid ID or Passport

Valid VAT number

*Extract of the Chamber of Commerce

DELIVERY

Transporting your machinery
We have our very own transport fleet at PC MACCHINE with which we are able to transport your machinery by road to any destination or harbour in Europe.

The process from interest to machine retrieval is simple – just as it should be.

We take care of everything practical around your machine purchase so that you can spend more time on other things. We can make the delivery for you and you have 2 obtions:

– Normal FREE in EUROPE ( 10-15 days )
– Fast ( 4 – 7 days ) depends of your delivery address.

PICK – UP

As a buyer, you are responsible for the transport and lose the warranty. Also, you can keep it with our delivery.
Full payment must be obtained before picking up the machine and we not accept CASH. In this case, you should to make an Appointment.

Discounts

• 5 % DISCOUNT – Receive for next buying.
• 10 % DISCOUNT – Receive for full payment in advance.
• 15 % DISCOUNT – Receive for buying a 2 or more machines.

The last will be apply only one time.

Refunds

If you have a major problem with a machine, you have a right to a refund or replacement. For a major problem with our transaction, you can cancel the contract and get full refund plus a compensation at 0.7%/day for lost time with us.

FULL REFUND – IN FIRST 5 DAYS or  10 HOURS OF WORK

WARRANTY – 6 MONTHS

Warranty for each vehicle : 6 months ( engine block, oil sump, cylinder liner, valve housing with cog wheels and permanent support to flange (excluding drive shaft and parts not fitted by the manufacturer), Transmission.

NO WARRANTY FOR USED PARTS!
